As you know, a New Year’s resolution is a personal goal or promise that people make to themselves at the start of a new year. It’s a tradition that involves reflecting on the past year and setting intentions for self-improvement in the coming year.   

Popular resolutions include exercising more, losing weight, getting organized, learning a new skill or hobby, getting better sleep, spending more time with family and friends, practicing gratitude and taking care of your mental health

Looking for a structured group setting with a Master Sports Performance Coach?

Join our Adult Fitness Programs with Derek Clark. Derek can also work with participants in a one-on-one setting to outline goals and programs.   

Looking to learn a new hobby in the New Year?

Register for our intro to pickleball clinic where participants will learn the rules and basic strategies of pickleball while engaging in drills and games. After sharpening your new found skills and knowledge in “intro,” join our pickleball community and play in skill, age, and gender specific open plays and round robins.  Great way to make new friends!
