Coach Bryan Fegley is a passionate and driven soccer coach and academy director with a strong background in player development, high-level competition, and program leadership. He is known for creating high-intensity training environments and using individualized development plans (IDPs) to help players reach their full potential.

As South Academy Director at Beadling Soccer Club, Bryan oversees the U8–U12 boys program, working with over 250 players. He leads curriculum design focused on 1v1 ability and game understanding, while also managing evaluations, coaches, and program logistics.

Bryan has also coached at the highest youth levels as a Pre-MLS Head Coach and MLS NEXT assistant, helping prepare players for elite competition. His experience includes serving as the current head boys varsity coach at Upper St. Clair holding the same position at Central Catholic, and McKeesport, where he built strong, competitive team cultures.

In addition, Bryan has over six years of experience as a private and group trainer. He has worked with players of all ages, including many of the top youth players in the Pittsburgh area, focusing on technical skills, athleticism, and game IQ.

A former NCAA Division I player at Duquesne University and two-year team captain, Bryan also earned All-American and All-State honors in high school and went on to play professionally.

Bryan’s coaching philosophy centers on high-energy, competitive training that develops players technically, tactically, and mentally, while building accountability and confidence both on and off the field.
