Coming from a family of high level athletes, nurses, and PT’s I was raised with a mindset of wellness. Sports and fitness have always been an important part of my life since I was young. I played softball and volleyball in grade school and high school. I am a mom of three amazing boys who share the same passion for sports and fitness with me, who are now achieving high level success in sports at the high school and now college level.
I believe that good health is both body and mind. Movement, no matter how minimal, is key to longevity and a quality life. My mission is to have everyone reach their personal wellness goals whether you are an advanced athlete or need modified workouts. I want to replace hesitancy with consistency so that movement becomes a way of life. Fitness is a lifestyle that will help you improve many areas of your life.
