Our Weight Room
Welcome to our brand new weight room. Our weight room equipment consists of 6 racks with benches, 3 functional training systems, 2 sets of dumbbells with benches (up to 75lbs), 2 assault bikes, kettlebells and medicine balls.
General access to the weight room can be scheduled and booked in advance for hour-long sessions, similarly to how all other sessions operate. Access to open work out sessions are included in membership, while also granting members the ability to use the sports complex and weight room at no additional costs.

Our Programs
Adult Fitness Programs: In the game of life, everyone’s an athlete. Whether you’re navigating the demands of work, family, or personal goals, your ability to move painlessly, powerfully and efficiently is the key to living life to the fullest. Our Adult Performance Program is designed to help you reach your peak potential, no matter your starting point. This program recognizes that life is a sport, and every day is game day.

Through a balanced approach combining strength training, mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, and recovery techniques, we equip you with the tools to excel in your daily challenges. You’ll build the endurance to keep going, the strength to overcome obstacles, and the flexibility to adapt to whatever life throws your way. Review session times and dates below:

Youth Athletic Development Programs: Programs broken down by middle school and high school. Our programs are designed to take your athletic abilities to the next level by focusing on every aspect of athletic performance. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, this program provides a comprehensive approach to improving power, strength, speed, agility, endurance and dynamic mobility and stability. But we don’t stop there. We believe that the foundation of athletic excellence and physical prowess is rooted in proper recovery and mental resilience.

That’s why our program places a strong emphasis on proper recovery techniques—because pushing your limits is only half the battle; knowing when and how to recover is just as critical. Through personalized recovery strategies, including nutrition, sleep optimization, soft tissue work, breath work and active rest, we ensure that your body can handle the demands of intense training and come back even stronger. Meets twice a week for 8 weeks.
- $50/ half hour, $100/hour and $150/hour and half
Treatments Include:
- Total Body Vibration: Enhances circulation, muscle relaxation, and flexibility, promoting faster recovery.
- Massage Gun Therapy: Provides deep tissue relief by breaking up adhesions and reducing muscle tension.
- Manual Therapy: Offers precise, hands-on treatment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): Uses specialized tools to treat fascial restrictions and stimulate healing.
- Static and Dynamic Cupping: Improves blood flow, reduces muscle tightness, and alleviates pain.
- Corrective Exercise: Addresses movement imbalances and strengthens the body to decrease the risk of future injuries.
- Performance based 1 on 1 training in strength and conditioning and speed and agility
- Injury Evaluation by a licensed Athletic Trainer with a basic rehab and corrective exercise plan

REGISTRATION
The speed and agility for field sports sessions will consist of:
- Soft tissue preparation.
- Physical preparation consisting of activation exercises and a dynamic functional warm-up.
- Power Development: Age and ability level appropriate plyometric drills.
- Speed work: Static and dynamic acceleration technique and enhancement drills.
- Top end speed running technique and enhancement drills.
- Agility work: Technique development and drills to enhance deceleration and change of direction mechanics through reactive and non-reactive change of direction drills.
- Game or competition drill.
- Cool down focusing on proper recovery strategies including stretching and breathwork.
Throughout the sessions there will be short discussions and tips given about sleep, mindset, nutrition, and breathing as these are the cornerstones of proper recovery to ensure the athletes get maximum benefit from their workouts.
